We analyze, plan, calculate, design and produce nearly all imaginable products made of fiber composite materials. We offer high quality – made in Germany – starting with building prototypes and ending with series manufacturing. Our core expertise lies especially in the use of carbon fiber composite material. AND EVALUATION



With the help of our strong FEM systems we are able to evaluate various load calculations of CFRP parts already before actually designing and producing a prototype. In addition, we can simulate various load changes under different conditions. After the composite parts have been designed and the necessary tools are available from our in house tool-making department the prototype department takes over the actual manufacturing of the first parts. This department works out the technical realization and process optimization for the later serial production.



DESIGN AND
PROTOTYPE MANUFACTORING



The newest generation of 3D-CAD programs on powerful workstations allows us to generate complex designs very quickly, if necessary incorporating the FEM analysis. The composite parts can be simulated directly on the monitor and moved around in 3D. We will be glad to work out the entire procedure from a simple sketch to the end product. Of course, you can also send us complete finished design drawings.

PRODUCTION AND
SERIAL



Besides specialty products we also offer complete serial manufacturing at our facility. We use the most modern machines and train our skilled staff continuously in order to ensure reliable and timely serial manufacturing without problems. We can even produce in small series or even single parts.
