With the help of our strong FEM systems
we are able to evaluate various load calcu-
lations of CFRP parts already before actually
designing and producing a prototype.
In addition, we can simulate various load
changes under different conditions.

After the composite parts have been
de-
signed and the necessary tools are available
from our in house tool-making department the
prototype department takes over the actual
manufacturing of the first parts. This depart-
ment works out the technical realization and
process optimization for the later serial
production.

The newest generation of 3D-CAD programs
on powerful workstations allows us to generate
complex designs very quickly, if necessary
incorporating the FEM analysis. The composite
parts can be simulated directly on the monitor
and moved around in 3D.

dure from a simple sketch to the end product.

finished design drawings.
